About Us

AnchorPointe Youth Housing is a faith-rooted supportive housing program created to serve young adults aging out of

foster care with stability, dignity, and hope.

Our name reflects both our mission and our faith. In Scripture, an anchor represents steadfast hope and security in God, even in life’s storms (Hebrews 6:19). AnchorPointe symbolizes being a firm foundation and a clear point of direction for young people

standing at a critical transition into adulthood.

We provide safe, supportive housing and holistic, wraparound services for young adults ages 18–24 exiting foster care. Guided by Christian values, we support youth not only in practical areas—such as life skills, education, employment, and financial

responsibility—but also in emotional healing, character development, and spiritual growth. Participation in faith-based

activities is offered with care, respect, and compassion.

Our Leader: Pamaika McGee

Who We Are

Pamaika McGee is the Founder and visionary leader of AnchorPointe Youth Housing. Her leadership is deeply rooted in faith and lived experience.

Pamaika is an adoptive mother to a son who entered foster care at just 3 months old. Through her journey as a parent, she witnessed firsthand both the beauty and the brokenness of the foster care system—especially the moment when young people age out and are expected to stand on their own without a support system.

Through prayer and obedience, God placed this mission on her heart.

She believes that no young adult should age out of foster care without an anchor—someone to stand in the gap, speak life, and provide guidance rooted in love and truth. AnchorPointe Youth Housing was created to reflect God’s heart for the fatherless, offering not just housing, but hope, belonging, and direction.

Pamaika leads with faith, compassion, accountability, and service, partnering with churches, mentors, and community organizations to help young adults discover their God-given purpose and walk confidently into adulthood.

Community Impact

We aim to make a lasting impact in our community by supporting youth as they navigate this critical phase of life. Our programs are designed to instill confidence and self-sufficiency.
